Here is a little something that I want to share with all of you.
Today I ran 4 miles I ran at an easy clear my mind kind of pace. While running I thought of an email that I sent out to some friends.
Today I ran 14 miles. I am hurting big time. However, I am so excited about "26 miles for 26 familes" that the pain does not matter. The donations are not flowing the way that I would like however, I know that those that want to give will.
This morning I rode my bike for 11.2 miles. As the day for the marathon approaches I am getting hyped.
Today I ran 4 miles using a new approach. I ran for 6 minutes walked for 1. I think this is the approach that I am going to use for the remainder of my training.
